I placed an order for this iPod Shuffle on Sunday (16th September 2012) evening and,

• On 16th September 2012 at 8:21PM, I received a confirmation from Apple Store
• On 18th September 2012 at 3:11PM, I received an e-invoice for my order
• On 18th September 2012 at 8:02PM, I received a shipment notification for my order
• Today, 19th September 2012 at 11:13AM, I received a call from the delivery man to confirm that someone is there to collect the package
• At 11:23AM, I received another call from the delivery man informing me that the package was collected

All in all, I was happy with their service and it was remarkable indeed. All the confirmations enabled me to track the status of my package.
