Fried Fish Dumpling Hor Fun

I had Fried Fish Dumpling Hor Fun for lunch today.
I do not really like hor fun but I must say this stall's hor fun is really good.
The hor fun are those thin kind and accompany with the gravy to the correct wetness.

The fried dumplings are crispy at the outside and filled generously with meat in the inside. The meat is tender, not too salty and not too bland.

This plate of awesome hor fun can be found level 2 of Amoy Food Centre.
Do remember to bring along a pack of tissue during the lunch hour to "chope" seat.
