The Pirate Ship; Singapore tallest balloon landscape that measures 18m in length, 6m width and a height of 12.5m.
The Pirate Ship is recored in Singapore Books of Record for having the tallest sculpture made from balloons. This is made by 50 ballon artist using a total of 80,000 balloons.
I love the little details the artist pull off with the Pirate Ship theme. The skull on the sail, the canons and the pirates itself. Off the ship we have the tropical lands and dangerous creatures up to the little details like their pet parrots. Great work!
On the tropical islands, we have friendly life size gorillas and cute little monkeys in forest. The forest is covered with vibrant flowers and colourful poisonous mushrooms! I love the smile of the little kid >.< Children are so cute.
I managed to catch this pretty little girl holding a ballon flower. She's confused about what pose to give when asked for a picture by her parents. She starts getting shy when all of us are looking at her =)
Next, we have the hostile creatures. Some man-eating plants, tigers and eagles. Under the sea we have hungry and blood thirsty piranhas that gobbles anything that approaches it.
Then, there exist the village of the "Tiki Tribes". Some claimed they are cannibals while others believe they are just friendly cavemen. You choose what to believe =)
Anyway, I just made that up.
Last but not least, we have the lower cabin of the ship. YES! It's where all the treasure lies! $_$ There you go, you have all the gold coins, gold bars, precious stones (sapphire, emeralds, rubies), enchanted sceptre. We have also the son of Will Turner. HAHA! Or not. He's just another cute baby =)
Near the exhibition, there is a workshop on balloon sculpturing. I believe they are giving out free balloons too. I'm not sure if they charge for the workshop but it's quite a turn out.
Lastly, I shall end off with,
