One of the best Yong Tau Foo in town is the one located at Ang Mio Kio. There are a variety of ingredients to choose from - Bean curb, all kinds of mushrooms, hot dogs, cuttlefish, bean sports, Kangkong, etc etc. You can have your Yong Tau Foo in a number of manner - soup, dry (with sause), laksa with either rice, noddles, bee hoon, porridge or chee cheong fun.
The most important part of the Yong Tau Foo is the sause. Sause determines everything! The sause for this stall is excellent. It is not too sweet and with that celever mix of chili brings out the flavor of the dish. The ingredients are also very fresh and well cooked. The soup was boiled with anchovies and yellow beans for long hours that tasted really rich.
