Went Deasru with my family. We stayed for a night at the Lotus Deasru Beach Resort. If you're expecting something luxurious and grand, sorry to disappoint you. This is more of a budget resort with great service.
When we reached the resort, it was packed fully with people checking in and out. It was a hot day and we were served with free flow of orange juice at a corner of the lobby. The juice went out fast but the staff refilled quickly too.
The room looks kind of old but spacious. On the first floor is the living room with a sofa, television set, a washing sink, microwave, refrigerator and a washroom. Up on the second deck sits 2 beds and another washroom. If you need another bed, you can always request for one.
The facilities there was poor. There is a massage centre (fully booked), a water park for kids (our wild wild wet is much better) , a swimming pool, karaoke rooms, game corner and a pathetic beach with expensive water sports.
