My task was to take care of all the playing of the videos/audios and the transitions between the emcee speechs and the videos/audio.
It sounds simple but seriously it takes practices to grasp the right timing.
Fading out to PC first or stop the track first?
(stopping the track displays a STOP ICON on the video which should not be seen).
I was observing the whole event and I should say it is quite a tough job.
Starting with the scouting for the venues, transports, the equipments, setting up road shows, publicizing and creating awareness. Furthermore, it should be within budget.
(I have yet to add in smaller details like quantity to order etc.)
I was kinda guilty for the mistakes I made during the event!
I nearly cause the performance of Free Star to crash =.=
Anyway, I had fun and learn lots of stuff! =D
