One of the greatest attractions in Penang is the Butterfly Farm. The highlight would be the butterflies are free flying in a large enclosure.
Penang Butterfly Farm is the first tropical butterfly farm ever set up in the tropical world, with an average flying population of 4000 Malaysian butterflies of 120 different species.
It's quite breathtaking to see the numerous butterflies fluttering around you. However, if you're phobia of creepy crawlies and insects, then this would be a great torture to you. HAHA!
There's another section in the Butterfly Farm where all the creepy crawlies and amphibians lie. Cockroaches, frogs, worms, salamanders, spiders, beetles, snakes etc etc. Enjoy the "scare" folks MUHahaha >.<
Do you folks spotted the camouflaged frog? Look hard, it's right in the middle of the picture. Looking at this photo, I couldn't help but think of Naruto! Kuchiyose no Jutsu (frog summoning technique) ! RANDOM!
Right at the end of the museum, you can find butterfly and beetle specimens. The species are all named and categorized. Enjoy folks and it's definitely worth a visit. =)
