Hi folks, I'm back! =) Singapore is under a dry spell. It hasn't been raining for weeks and it's scorching hot.
Recently been to Singapore Botanic Gardens to have a break and have my "shutter therapy". Read up in the papers that the lake at Botanic Gardens is drying up and so, I decided to see it myself.
The area seemed to be tinted yellowed due to the dry weather. Indeed, the lake is drying up - filling only 30% of what it used to be? The swans and ducks are no longer found in the lake. Fortunately, the pigeons still flock around.
Luckily, the flowers are still blooming and I got to photograph some of them. Who knows my 'Ocean' (Olympus Camera) went out of bat. What an lucky day =| Anyway here are the photographs taken. Enjoy folks!
Lastly, let there be rain! Stay tune for entries on my Penang trip folks =D
You would see something different"
