We had Skinny Pizza last Saturday! We ordered a truffle mushroom pizza and a sweet corn crab soup.
The pizza was so crispy and thin! One bite and it cracks. The truffle taste kind of unique (not something you have everyday) and the wild vegetables was bitter (I guess it's supposed to taste that way). The overall taste was still quite good although it looks like cow dung.
The soup was sweet and I'm not a person with sweet tooth. In fact, I hate things being sweet often.
After window-shopping for so long and facing the crazily humid Singapore weather, we decided to have some cold dessert.
Mei Heong Yuen at Ion serves superb dessert although the price is a bit steep. We had Almond and sesame snow ice. It was refreshing and I love the rich taste of almond.
We had a feel of earth hour where some of the shops off their lights for a feel minutes to save the earth.
