I've been busy for the last week and did not have the time to do my workouts.
This week is much manageable and I did my regularly jogs and workouts.
My stamina had decreased tremendously!
12:01:32 for 6 rounds.
I missed the Silver IPPT standards by 1:32 seconds and had a hard time completing the rest of the 9 rounds I've targeted.
